1. Who we are and acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and HashOffice ("HashOffice", "we", "us"). Our mailing address is 13918 E Mississippi Ave, Aurora, CO. By accessing or using HashOffice, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Subscription and billing
HashOffice is offered on a subscription basis. Monthly plans renew every month and annual plans renew every year, automatically, until you cancel. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account in a timely manner. You can change your plan, cancel, and download your invoices from Account > Billing.
3. No free trial
HashOffice does not offer a free trial. Your first payment is taken when you subscribe, at the price shown at checkout, and your plan starts straight away. Your first payment is covered by the money-back promise in section 6.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to send unsolicited bulk communications, transmit malicious code, or violate any applicable law.
5. Cancelling your subscription
If you subscribed online, you can cancel at any time from Account > Billing — no phone call and no notice period. If we set your subscription up for you directly, email us and we will cancel it and confirm in writing. Either way, cancellation stops all future charges, and your workspace stays accessible until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not cut off access on the day you cancel.
6. Refunds: 30-day money-back promise
If you are not satisfied, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that first payment in full. Renewal payments after your first payment are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent the next one. Refunds are all-or-nothing: we do not refund part of a charge for time you did not use.
7. Usage charges
Messaging, calling, email, and AI usage is passed through at cost from the providers who carry it. Usage you have already consumed is not refundable, because it has already been paid to those providers on your behalf.
8. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account, and tell us which charge you mean. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, HashOffice is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service, even if we have been told such damages are possible. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the service will be heard in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
