Cookie Policy

How and why we use cookies.

1. The short version

We use a small number of cookies that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep the site secure. We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we do not share cookie data with anyone. That is why you are not being asked to accept a cookie banner — under UK and EU rules, strictly necessary cookies do not require consent.

2. What we set

CookiePurposeExpires
Session cookieKeeps you signed in as you move between pages. Without it you would have to log in on every click. When you close your browser, or after 2 hours idle
XSRF-TOKENSecurity. Proves that forms you submit came from our site and not from an attacker's.Same as the session
Remember-me tokenOnly set if you tick "remember me" at sign-in, so you stay logged in on that device.Up to 5 years, or until you sign out

3. Cookies set by others

When you pay, we hand you to Stripe's hosted checkout page. Stripe sets its own cookies there, on its own domain, to process the payment and prevent fraud — see Stripe's privacy policy for detail. When you use your workspace, that runs on HighLevel's platform, which sets its own cookies under its own policy. Neither is under our control, and neither is set by browsing this website.

4. Turning them off

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Because the cookies above are the ones that sign you in and protect your forms, blocking them means you will not be able to log in or complete checkout. The public marketing pages will still work.

5. Changes

If we ever add analytics or any non-essential cookie, we will update this page and ask for your consent before setting it.
